State of Illinois Contract for Telecommunications and Support

This contract is with the Department of Innovative Technology (DoIT) to install and maintain all telephone systems and structured cabling throughout the  state for all sites including the Department of Corrections, State Police, Secretary of State, DHS, DNR, etc (5 year contract running from 9/8/14 to 9/7/19).

State of Illinois Contract for E-rate Category 2 Internal Connection (Cable Installation)

The Department of Central Management Services (CMS) manages and operates the Illinois Century Network (ICN), a high speed broadband network serving over 6,000 school and library anchor institutions. This contract enables these institutions to purchase high speed internal connections including installation and maintenance of cable (including but not limited to cat6 and cat6a) and fiber optic cable within school and library premises (5 year contract running from 7/15/06 to 6/30/21).

St. Margaret’s Health

Design, installation, and maintenance of an Avaya VoIP solution for the hospital campus as well as all of its fourteen outlying clinics.

Illinois Valley Regional Dispatch

Ficek facilitated a VoIP network for city entities in each of 5 communities, La Salle, Peru, Oglesby, Mendota, and Spring Valley.  Those communities were then networked together utilizing dark fiber to establish the new Illinois Valley Regional Dispatch.  Illinois Valley Regional Dispatch went live Sept. 1, 2016 moving 911 operations for the region to one hub.

Ameren Illinois

Partnering with Ameren Illinois in their AMI program requiring replacement of meter bases on residences to allow the use of new technology wireless meters.

Mining Facilities

Performing mandatory MSHA ground resistance testing and problem mitigation of equipment and tools in industrial mining facilities.

Morris, IL

Providing electrical and control wiring for system upgrades of two Municipal Waste Water Treatment plants in Morris, IL.

Streator, IL

Replacing HID street lighting with new low energy LED light fixtures and decorative poles in Streator, IL.

Eakas Corporation

Provided surveillance system to monitor building, painting and coating equipment and production line equipment.  Also, provided biometric access control (fingerprint scanners/readers) throughout building.

City of Streator Police Department & City Hall

• Provided access control throughout entire building.
• Provided Security surveillance for interior and perimeter of building.
• Provided remote surveillance and door release at Livingston County Dispatch for Streator PD Main Entry.
• Provided interview system in interrogation rooms.
• Provided intercom and surveillance in cell area.
• Provided emergency activation and release system.
• Provided audio system for council chambers.
